The day, measured from the sun
Sunrise, sunset, and solar noon use the NOAA/Spencer equation of time and solar declination, with the horizon adjusted for altitude.
Fajr and Isha use the Prayer Times Lab's seasonal offsets. Dhuhr is true solar noon. Asr is RH9: three relative daylight hours after solar noon.
This is an experimental local-solar method and may differ from mosque timetables or other calculation authorities. For observance, follow the method and authority you trust.
